Bassett Country Club is a well established area country club. The club was founded in 1926. Soon after the Depression was over, the first club house was built near the location of our present day swimming pool. Many former furniture industry executives played very important roles in the leadership and development of BCC. In 1975, a beautiful new clubhouse was erected that offers full dining and banquet room facilities, as well as a golf pro shop.

Over the past few years, many improvements have been made to help attract new members. The upstairs/ballroom facilities have been completely remodeled, the swimming pool refurbished and a beautiful stone entrance erected. We also have a meticulously manicured golf course with lush, Bermuda fairways and bent grass greens.
